These guys are great!  I had a main line clog that resulted in my floor being ruined and contracted with D&D Elite to have it replaced.  Rich was in contact with me every step of the way and the finished product looks fantastic.  They really care about the job they do and when they tell you that they want you to be happy, they actually mean it.  I have a fireplace that is tough to deal with as far as the flooring goes, and at first I felt like they didn't get close enough to the fireplace with the floor.  Rich came out to look right away and we talked about what would work better and they fixed it immediately.  Now it looks perfect!  I will definitely use them again on future projects!!  You should too!

From the first phone call from Rich at D&D Elite to them leaving when my roofing job was completed I was very satisfied with their customer service. I would use them again and will recommend them to others needing their services. Rich was very friendly and accommodating when arranging a time that they could come and take a look at my roof leak. They put a tarp on my roof until they were able to do the work because of the rainy weather. They came as soon as the weather cleared. They were patient with all my questions and did a thorough job. This was the second time I had someone work on this same leak so it was good to finally have someone that knew what they were doing.
